| Carrie Burgan, NCTM Carrie is a myomassologist dedicated to continual education and refinement of her massage therapy skills, and also dedicated to helping further the education of both massage students and those simply interested in massage. This page is to give some more background into her passion and to be a point of reference for the student of massage, complementary healing, and like disciplines. Carrie is the owner of Revolve Massage Therapy, a mobile massage company for women and their families, which serves Metro Detroit and the Greater Flint area. She is a graduate of Irene's Myomassology Institute in Southfield, Michigan. She is a Certified-level practitioner through the ABMP and is also Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage from the NCBTMB. In addition to Revolve Massage Therapy, Carrie is a faculty apprentice at Irene's Myomassology Institute, the Detroit Massage Therapy Examiner for Examiner.com, and a motivational blogger for MakeMineHappen.com. From 2005 to 2010 she was the Wellness Program Administrator for Wayne State University, which brings wellness seminars, events, and services to the faculty and staff populations. |
